GCSANJ COVID-19 Event Policies and Procedures

We are excited to kick off our 2020 events season. To keep our members safe, healthy, and comfortable, please practice the policies listed below when attending GCSANJ events.


-Participants should familiarize themselves and follow best practices as published by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the New Jersey State Department of Health. If you have a fever, cough, or other symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.


-Please wear a face covering when indoors and when interacting with others if social distancing is not possible.


-Avoid touching your mouth, nose, and eyes.


-Do not touch any equipment that is not yours.


-Wash your hands frequently. If you are unable to wash your hands, use hand sanitizer.


-Please stay home if in the past 14 days you have:

Traveled to one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah, or traveled outside the United States?


Been diagnosed with COVID-19?


Been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19?


Been advised to quarantine by a doctor or other medical authority?


-Carts will be provided at most events, if you would like to walk and use a pull cart, please specify this on the registration form or contact Maureen at 973-812-0710.


-Please follow any additional rules or restrictions our host clubs have posted. We will be sending a reminder email to all participants before each event detailing the restrictions.
